The Second BDJ Box Arrived!
December 01, 2012I always wake up late, always past noon so when it gets interrupted, I automatically rage. There is, however, one sleep interruption that I can tolerate forever and those are the delivery guys bringing me packages and purchases online. Just this Friday, November 30, one arrived and it contained the 2nd BDJ Box I ordered on prepaid.
I think this box was the November box, although I'm not really sure about the timeline as I got my first box on mid-November, a day after I subscribed.
To cut to the chase, here are the unboxing photos of the 2nd BDJ Box.

As it turns out, I forgot to take an individual photo for the Dentiste toothpaste sample (Php395) and the Nippon cleansing sponge (Php325).
What do I think about the 2nd box?
- It was, again, super packed with products! In fact, when I returned them in the box after photographing them, I couldn't fit everything in.
- As for the sample content, I guess the BDJ team did take into consideration the comments of most reviewers, which is to lessen the hair products.
- I was actually satisfied, although I still would have wanted more makeup products and less skincare and miscellaneous items. (Read: toothpaste)
- The discount coupons are great! I have to find a way to use them.
- The postcard the it came with had the prices of the items when bought in full size in retail stores. According to reviews last month comparing BDJ Box with Glamourbox, this was a plus for GB. So it's definitely nice that BDJ Box also included this feature.
- Considering the prices of all the products above, this box is worth more than the money spent so it's a pretty good deal, unless of course these are products you don't really need, hence them just being just that, samples.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Have you tried Sample Room? I just sign up with BDJ box and thinking of having at least try their 1 box.
ReplyDeleteHi Anne. I'm a member of Sample Room but I haven't tried ordering samples. Maybe because of my 3-month subscription from BDJ Box made me overwhelmed with samples that I could not possibly want more at the moment. From what I hear, the recent BDJ Boxes are better than Glamourbox so maybe you could dive into getting one for yourself too. :D
