Last week, I bought two maong shorts (pictured above) from Res. And while these two are size 26, of which waist size I normally buy to accommodate my relatively wide hips, they both still didn't fit. Bummer! I did gain a few inches after all.

On this note, I want to end this short post with this regram'd photo from Sam Lewis, Marc Nelson's pretty girlfriend. This is and forever will be a mantra in my life.

I'm not new to online shopping in Zalora. I have shopped here so many times before I moved apartments that I was excited having ordered again knowing that it will be shipped to a different address this time. (Our old address was a bit hard to find for couriers, hence taking more time and delivery complications.)

Sunday [07/14]
I placed my order on a Sunday and paid via mobile banking transfer right after and sent my payment details as instructed, knowing full well that it will take them one business day to confirm my payment.

Monday [07/15]
I didn't receive any payment confirmation nor delivery notification.

Tuesday [07/16]
I received an Order Cancellation Alert in my email, which was sent late at night. I wasn't able to see this until around 3AM, Wednesday. This email was sent to me because according to them, they haven't received my payment yet.

Wednesday [07/17]
As soon as I saw an email, I replied saying how could they have missed my payment details after two business days. I also forwarded my original payment details, containing the screenshot of my transfer confirmation. Apart from this, I got a customer feedback survey wherein I answered with all dissatisfaction with their customer service. Then just to be sure, I once again entered my payment details.

Thursday [07/18]
Early in the morning, I got a payment confirmation email from them. Later that day, I got a text saying my order will be delivered within the day. It didn't arrive.

Friday [07/19]
The Zalora box (pictured above) finally arrived in the afternoon.

 

While everyone is on the Ben Nye Banana Powder bandwagon, here I am having just received my first theatrical powder, the Palgantong Theatrical Powder.

I originally ordered the shade Beige Ochre (Read: suits Medium-Dark skinned girls) but Original Beige was the one that arrived in the mail. I have already confirmed from the correspondence with a Joan that there was a mix up and she expressed intents of getting the item replaced, but as shown in the photos below, I have already opened the sealed jar so I just accepted my fate. Haha!

Chos! This post is about me not being able to sleep without eating a second dinner. Really.


It is almost 6AM as I'm writing this. I was supposed to sleep at 2AM. I have my monthly period and sleep-deprivation wasn't an option. But try as I may, I couldn't still sleep. Maybe I was just hungry. I tried eating some of my KitKat stash but it didn't do anything for me.

Alas, 15 minutes ago, I decided I should just eat it out so I opened a can of meat loaf and took my leftover rice from the fridge. Along with some cloves of garlic and an egg, I made this uninspired fried rice. With a bit of seasoning, it tasted decent at best.

The thing when you're not exactly Miss Industrious and you don't wanna spend for food deliveries is that you learn to be creative in making your own grub. It's not exactly something you can be called a "foodie" for but hey, I'm still getting sustenance! And according to people I have not seen in a long time, it looked like I gained some weight.

Now normally, I'd just order in or walk to Jollibee for 2-3 meals that would suffice me throughout the day. This meant breakfast to dinner alone saved me around Php 150-200. Ahh the price I spend for my laziness.

Basically, whatever's my new ringtone, I post here for those who may want that specific ringtone too. They are just lazy 40-sec cuts of a song currently on my playlist. No frills.

And because I have had an EDM playlist for the past couple of months, I think it's just apt to also change my ringtones into EDM. (Hindi na nagsawa.) For this month's new ringtone, I didn't just sync one new ringtone to my iPhone, but THREE new ringtones, plainly because I couldn't choose.
