Post-Boracay Problems

June 18, 2013

It has been already been three weeks since I have returned from Boracay. I did hold back a little on the booze because I don't want to reach blackout-drunk levels and get crazy hangovers the next day, but I did indulge on food.

Before leaving for Boracay, I was doing exercise routines to help me keep in shape, albeit not extensive but at least I was getting results. This was my tummy on my first day there.

I have seen myself with better abs but I think this was respectable. In fact, I liked it. The only problem was that I couldn't maintain it. As soon as I arrived in Metro Manila, I immediately headed to a bar in the Fort Strip for free drinks because it was ladies' night. And for the past three weeks, all I did was eat, drink and party. A LOT.

It was fun, sure. Although without proper exercise, it was taking a huge toll on me. I have stopped accepting tag requests for when my tummy can be seen on a photo. It was THAT serious. Here's a photo if you can't believe me. *cries*

I KNOW I LOOK PREGGERS. Depressing shit.
So yeah, I'm acknowledging that my body is starting to slow down with the metabolism thus I'm making it my life goal to never feel like this ever again.

Hashtag slim women with no boobs problems (because really, if you can't have boobs, the only thing you can do is to not let your tummy get bigger than your chest)
